Customer focused

Our customers and our partnerships with them are at the centre of our thinking. We like to work in “co-mode”: co-creating, co-evolving, co-working, co-leading.

Goal-oriented

We focus on the goal and never lose sight of the big picture. We believe in thinking in terms of results and consistently focusing on added value.

Committed

We love our work: interacting with our customers and partners inspires and motivates us, and nothing enthuses us like developing an idea for successful implementation. We measure ourselves by your satisfaction – we pour our heart and soul into what we do.

Constructive and challenging

Our goal is lively dialogue: we take what we learn and develop ideas, suggestions, options. And we are delighted when we can critically analyse and perfect these together with you.

Reflective

We have a lot of confidence in ourselves – but at the same time, we give every challenge careful consideration and we will only work with you if we feel we can deliver real added value.

ALCEDO & PIÙ: part of a network

As a “boutique” consultancy, collaborating with partners is essential element of our business strategy. Thanks to our extensive network, we are always equipped to overcome even complex challenges. Our partners offer us expert knowledge in specific industries, technologies and business functions and also support us on larger projects through additional resource capacity. When it comes to collaborating with partners, our goal is simple: start with the best team!
